In the case of Users, the data will be kept for 2 years then be deleted.
b) Purpose of verifying the execution of the service rendered: the Users’ data processed for this purpose may be kept for 60 days.

c) In the event of disputes: in the event that we have to defend ourselves or take action or even make claims against you or third parties, we may retain personal data, both from Users and from Entrepreneurs, which we consider reasonably necessary to process for these purposes, for the time in which this claim can be prosecuted.

4. Sharing of personal data

Duly authorized employees, as well as external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, responsible for the processing, who provide support for the provision of services, may have access to your personal data.

If you are a User, your Contact Data, the Data relating to the request and the Information relating to the estimate will be communicated to the Entrepreneurs operating in the sector of your interest in order to be able to provide you with the requested estimate. This communication is essential in order to be able to process your request.

5. Data provided by the user

These data are collected by Baque Arredamenti when you register on the Site and when you make a request for a quote through the sections of the Site dedicated to it.

If you are an entrepreneur, Baque Arredamenti can collect the following categories of personal data (hereinafter, if considered together, only the “entrepreneur data“):

• Contact data – information relating to the name, company name, mobile phone number, email address, Region, Province and Municipality.
• Billing information – tax code, VAT number, credit card details.
• Use of the website – information on how you use the site, open or forward our communications, including information collected through cookies. You can find our Cookie Policy that regulates the details, in the appropriate field.

These data are collected at the time of your registration on the Site in order to take advantage of the services offered by the same.

If you provide personal data on behalf of someone else, you must first make sure that the interested parties have read this Privacy Policy.

III. USER RIGHTS

Article. 13, c. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.

IV – DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
